After washing and drying the apple off cut it in half through the stem.
Then cut both of those halves in half again.
Then using a small knife, and holding the piece of apple in your hand, cut out the core of each piece of the apple.
Coring done. Core each apple fourth needed for your recipe.
Then take each piece of apple and cut it into slaices about one-fourth inch wide.
Lay those pieces down flat on your cutting board and cut into pieces or dice them.
Continue in this fashion untill all the appkles are diced.
